Choco Banana Cake

Mom, little sis, and I baked this last night after we made cupcakes:


1 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 cup Chocolate Powder/Sweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Corn Oil
1/2 tsp Salt

1 cup mashed ripe Bananas
1 Egg
Pounded peanuts/raisins
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

1. Sift all dry ingredients. Add the egg, corn oil, and mashed bananas. Mix well until blended. Add nuts or raisins.
2. Pour the batter into a loaf pan (put wax paper if you are using a non-stick pan). Top with Hershey’s Syrup.
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes until done.
