This is one of my favorite Filipino dishes. Yesterday, I asked my mom to buy the ingredients because I’d like Pork Binagoongan for dinner. I volunteered to cook it last night. Here’s the recipe:
1/2 kilogram Pork (Lean meat)
2 tbsp Alamang (Salted shrimp paste)
2 gloves minced Garlic
1 minced Onion
3 Long Chili
1/2 cup Pork Broth
1. Cut the pork into bite size about 2 cm thick and 3 cm long.
2. Saute garlic and onion then add the Shrimp paste. When the shrimp paste is cooked, add the pork and pork broth. Add the pepper. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
3. Add the long green chili and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy!
