NUTELLA Cupcakes

Nutella cupcakes for my grandmother’s 81st birthday. ♥



Chocolate Cupcakes

1 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 pinch of Salt

1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter (Softened)
1 cup granulated White Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Nutella Frosting

1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter (Softened)
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Nutella
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Evaporated Milk
Chopped Almonds or nuts (Optional)


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sift All-purpose flour, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat together the butter and granulated sugar on medium speed. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. continue beating until combined. Add the evaporated milk and dry ingredients gradually while continue beating until smooth.
  4. Fill each muffin pan with cupcake liners about a spoonful batter and bake for 17-20 minutes.

For the Frosting:

  1. In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the Nutella, Evaporated Milk, and Vanilla Extract.
  3. Frost the cupcakes and add the nuts.
