Crispy Fried Chicken with Chinese Five Spice and Rosemary



1 kilo Chicken Drumstick

1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup water


  1. Mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, Chinese five spice, dried rosemary, salt, pepper, and water. Add the chicken drumstick, mix well and let it rest for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  2. In a frying pan with 1 cup cooking oil, put dried rosemary, and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  3. Serve and enjoy! 🙂
